FISORAT Indonesia Official Website Cross-Border Shipping Policy

This shipping policy governs all jewelry orders placed by customers on our Indonesia-focused official site, covering international outbound shipment, Indonesian customs clearance, domestic local delivery, shipping fee calculation, delivery timeline, package tracking and shipment exception handling for all our products: pearl earrings, multi-layer necklaces, gemstone pendants, enamel floral/leaf brooches, square gem stud earrings and shell craft accessories.

1. Shipping Coverage Scope

We provide delivery service to all legal residential and commercial postal addresses across all provinces of Indonesia, including Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali and smaller Indonesian archipelago islands. We do not support delivery to remote unregistered jungle areas, military restricted zones, diplomatic embassy exclusive zones and PO box addresses without valid recipient contact phone numbers.

2. Order Processing Lead Time

After successful payment confirmation of your jewelry order:

  • Standard Order Processing: 1–3 working days (Monday-Saturday, exclude Indonesian national holidays) for warehouse picking, jewelry quality inspection, anti-scratch protective packaging, gift box packing and shipping label generation. All gemstone and pearl jewelry pieces will undergo double scratch and luster inspection before shipment to avoid transit damage.
  • Peak Season Processing Extension: During major Indonesian shopping festivals (Harbolnas, Christmas, New Year holiday, Eid al-Fitr), order processing time may extend to 3–5 working days due to high order volume; we will post peak season processing reminders on the website homepage in advance.
  • Customized Bulk Wholesale Orders: Custom engraved jewelry and large wholesale orders require 7–15 working days of processing, confirmed via quotation email sent from [email protected] before order payment.

3. Shipping Timeline Breakdown (International + Domestic Indonesia Delivery)

  1. International Cross-Border Transit: 5–9 working days from our overseas warehouse to Indonesian entry customs port.
  2. Indonesian Customs Clearance Period: 2–4 working days for routine customs inspection of fashion jewelry commodities. Random customs spot checks may extend clearance time by 1–3 extra days, which is out of FISORAT’s full control.
  3. Domestic Last-Mile Delivery within Indonesia: 2–6 working days, varying by destination province: Central Java, Jakarta and Bali take 2–3 days; remote eastern Indonesian islands require 4–6 days of local logistics transit. Total standard delivery cycle: 10–18 working days from order payment confirmation to package arrival at your delivery address, excluding unpredictable customs delay and natural disaster logistics suspension.

4. Shipping Fee Information

  1. Shipping Charges: Review the delivery fee displayed at checkout for your order before submitting payment.
  2. Shipping Offers: Any delivery offer applicable to your order will be reflected in the checkout total.
  3. Remote Island Delivery: Availability and any delivery charge for your destination must be confirmed in the checkout information before payment.
  4. Wholesale Bulk Order Shipping: Wholesale orders negotiated via [email protected] enjoy customized discounted shipping rates based on total order weight and monthly cooperation volume, detailed in formal wholesale quotation emails.

5. Package Tracking Method

Once your order departs our overseas warehouse, you may contact [email protected] with your order number to request the available international tracking number and Indonesian delivery details. Use the carrier tracking link provided for updates on transit and customs clearance. All jewelry packages are labeled with discrete outer packaging without obvious luxury jewelry logos to reduce customs inspection risk.

6. Shipment Exception & Loss/Damage Handling Rules

  1. Lost Package Compensation: If tracking information shows the package is confirmed lost by Indonesian logistics carriers after 25 working days of shipment departure, contact us via [email protected] with your order number and tracking screenshot. You may choose either a full order monetary refund or a free re-delivery of all jewelry items without extra shipping fees, processed within 5 working days after loss verification.
  2. Damaged Goods in Transit: If you receive broken, scratched, missing or deformed jewelry caused by rough logistics transit, take clear photos of the outer shipping box, damaged jewelry pieces and original protective packaging within 48 hours of package receipt, then submit evidence to our official email [email protected]. We will arrange free replacement shipment or a full or partial refund for damaged items, with all re-shipping costs borne by FISORAT.
  3. Undeliverable Returned Packages: Packages returned to our overseas warehouse due to incorrect delivery address, invalid recipient phone number, recipient absence without pickup or refusal to accept the package will be stored for 14 days. You may pay a secondary re-shipping surcharge to arrange re-delivery; if you abandon the order, we will deduct the original outbound shipping fee and remote surcharge from your merchandise refund amount before processing repayment.
  4. Customs Duty Liability: FISORAT bears standard import customs duties for fashion jewelry under Indonesian commodity tax thresholds. If your order’s total value exceeds local duty-free limits and customs issue additional duty collection notices, the recipient shall be responsible for paying extra customs tax to release the package; our customer service team will provide duty payment guidance via email [email protected] upon your request.

7. Shipping Liability Exclusions

FISORAT shall not be liable for delivery delays or package loss caused by force majeure events including Indonesian national public holidays, government customs policy adjustments, natural disasters (flood, volcanic eruption, typhoon), logistics worker strikes, pandemic port lockdowns and recipient’s personal failure to collect packages on schedule.
